SeasonBox is a family organization application designed to help users manage seasonal items, inventory, and improved family organization.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• **SeasonBox (Free):** Includes basic features such as local storage and basic inventory management.
• **SeasonBox Plus:** A paid subscription (1.99€) that includes unlimited items, cloud synchronization, and family sharing features.
• Prices are subject to change upon notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the SeasonBox site or the Service itself.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SeasonBox and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the European Union and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeasonBox, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
